Nice video. I do agree that the 2.3 looks amazing on the white. That's identical to what mine would look like with the emblems.I know some of you are saying you like the emblem but aren't sure if you want to advertise that it is specifically a 2.3 L. I actually went through the same struggle and settled on the "powered by Ford" fender badges. The interesting part is that I literally just installed them and made a video about it today if you guys want to see what it looks like:
This 2.3 looks great on the white, though!
I think the dude also plastidip sprayed the base rear bumper trim to make it two tone like the premium rear bumper? Saucy!
I want people to know what tears down that street. I feel like I want to show off my new car sporting its new engine to everyone. I actually find myself pointing out my engine as the first thing when someone ask me about my baby.I'm experiencing the same struggle, lol.
He did, and it looks quite nice too.I think the dude also plastidip sprayed the base rear bumper trim to make it two tone like the premium rear bumper? Saucy!
I'm sure they're like most emblems these days and attach with double-sided tape (that's pre-installed).What do you use to adhere the badge to the car?
You can tell by the rear. Ebm just has a pony on the trunk. V6 has the pony with 3 strips. That does look good. I'm stuck between liking the look and liking people not being able to decide what I must have under the hood
Thank you for stating the obvious for us. Obviously we know this but I would guess 90% of people on the road wouldn't have a clue if you asked them what is under the hood of my car. That's part of the fun because those few who do know it's a turbo 4 will always underestimate it;)You can tell by the rear. Ebm just has a pony on the trunk. V6 has the pony with 3 strips.
The only problem I have with these is if you put these on the fender there may be people that see the numbers there and mistake your car for just a 5.0L. ;)
By the way, the "ecoboost" badges may go very well on the side of the rise on the hood. The 2.3 may fit there as well.
