Starting Q4 2015. That doesn't mean your car will show up in the beginning of Q4. I would imagine the bulk of them being delivered around the holidays and into 2016

That's been my hunch for a while! use the MY15 roll out as the cookie cutter.

Most people won't get their cars until it comes time to lock them away for the winter :doh::doh:

When he says Q4 that doesn't have to mean the calendar year, but the model year. Fingers crossed for fourth quarter of model year 2015.

Ford has not revealed the model year "for a reason." And that reason is, per a source we trust, that a limited number of early cars will probably be sold as 2015 models.

Hopefully those anniversary editions will absorb some of the early markup ??

Looks like Ford is doing what GM did with the ZL1. A limited run at the end of the 2012 model year followed quickly by regular production levels for 2013.

Maybe something like 350 for 2015. 300 regular and 50 R.

I don't see any way Ford sells a 2015 GT350 in October when every other car they are selling is a 2016 - what would be the point? No one wants to buy a new year old car? Everyone wants the latest and greatest and this is just going backwards, might make more sense as an early 2017!

Desirability...low num prod year for the snobs that MUST have one and likely some options only available for that run...like a 50anniv pack or something like that.

Specialty vehicles go by different rules. If this does happen, I'll be happy as it will likely get the first buyers out of the way and let the regular people get in in the less exclusive mass production year run.

Once again...when I heard Jim Owens talking to several other guys about the car, and asking if a 2015 was coming out...he emphatically stopped talking and said I can not talk about that...but then continued to say something about racing...bah bah bah...rules.....to do something for next year...something.......done before this year......Since I am not a race car or track guy everything when over my head...but the general gest was ..something was going to be done on a small scale with the word 2015 in it.....do not know what ...

Well I was half joking. My guess is that they may want/need to have a certain number of 2015's built in order to use the car in certain racing series. But, I'm sure someone on here can speak to that better than I can.

If they do make a few 2015s, those will be the most collectible cars years from now.
