Looking for something like Roush has announced without Roush all over it. Would also like the shift pattern engraved, not just smooth cast in pattern. I'm hung up on the white shift knob, and my '15 has to have one!
I see some are offering standard knobs with adapter nuts, but that raises up the shifter. Can't have that!

So I found 5 different versions of this knob (with the correct shift pattern), which one might work?

That would look great in your yellow car. But that's a standard round ball. The '15 has to have a cut out recessed into the bottom to accept the reverse lockout. One company I spoke with is making an adapter that sits below a standard ball. Problem with this is that it raises the ball about an inch, maybe more. Thus, longer shift throws.

Here you go. You can see the bottom of it here.

Not much out there right now. I almost got that Roush, but another member had tried it and said the cutout isn't deep enough, so he couldn't engage reverse. He was sending it back, last I heard. I wonder what Roush's response will be, do they need to revise it?

Speed Dawg is finally making them. It's about a 3 to 4 week lead time, but I placed my order 2 weeks back. Hopefully soon!

Companies are advertising that they make them already but i dont think they have the the hollowed inside. Looks like the make you use locktight and back it out a turn for the reverse lever. ..

Mine's on order too, Scott. Should be here in a couple of more weeks.

I went with one licensed by Ford. Black with red lettering and numbers. It will have the 5.0 numbers on the side. I'm hoping for a top quality product from Speed Dawg.

Could always fabricate it yourself. I did with a standard knob I got from CJ pony parts.

Looks good, Ryan. I've got one on order from Speed Dawg, but as a DYI kind of guy, I'm curious as to how you drilled it out to accommodate the reverse lock out.

I'm not sure. Mine came out pretty good, but it was my first time and took me two days between waiting for the epoxy to dry, and I'm still testing it out to make sure that the knob doesn't come flying off during hard shifting. I'm just not sure enough of my 'skills' to not screw up your knob.
