Hey guys!
I'm sorry if there is a video already, but I have been looking for a while and found none. So here is a video on how to take out your rear decklid and emblem on S550.
I hope it will be helpful for people who wants to change the look of their new mustang.

Thank you, very informative. I'm a visual learner and its a lot easier for me to understand when I see it done. I am curious on where the holes are located on the GT emblem though and how many would have to be trimmed to remove. Again though, thank you.

Alex, I feel fortunate that you are blazing the trail on modding your 051A. You're making my road easier after my car gets here. Keep going for it. Do you care to say what you have in mind for your custom emblem? ANd will it be on by Tuesday's meet up. ;)

Excellent video! Just curious, where are you from? Your accent sounds foreign.

I second that. Awesome video! Hey, now if I want to change that out for carbon fiber or something, I can do it myself!

That'd look sick to overlay it with some 3M Carbon Fiber vinyl.

GT, Eco and V6 have the same holes.
I'd guess they'd have similar holes but in different locations. Or are you saying the holes are in the same location? That would make sense for not having to stock three different part numbered rear panels though!

I was thinking the same thing, but I think the vinyl will still accent the holes and will look funny. Need to fill the holes with something so the vinyl doesn't dip into the holes.

Get thicker or textured/weaved carbon vinyl. Holes won't show.

The 3M 1080 is a thicker vinyl and wouldn't sink in on a smaller hole like that. Plus, it's the closest thing to real cf that I've seen.

They are all in the same location. Some people have switched the GT for the Pony logo in other forums.
Are they switching to Pony only or also some to Pony w/ bars?

It would be easy to fit plugs into holes (Plastic or wood dowel).

For some stupid reason, I thought the rear spoiler was only held on by two bolts and some heavy duty adhesive, but watching your video made me take a closer look after removing the trunk liner. Turns out, factory spoiler has 2 plastic tabs, 4 bolts, and 3 guide pins along with the adhesive. I was able to remove it in an hour (going to dip or wrap it this week). Great vid!
