I find myself watching this often, so I thought I’d share.
I haven’t been in another R, but mine seems to sound extra racy without the trunk lining… at least compared to other vids of gt350r that I’ve heard.

Thanks for posting and absolutely love the Base R models that ran for the 4-year production run.

Remember taking delivery of my 2016 Base R and did pretty much the same as you with the exception that I did not record it and should have done that as you did!

With all of the 16 delete items one of which is the sound deadener, pretty hard to beat the aural sound of a Base R model from ~5,000 RPM and all the way up to the 8,250 RPM redline!

BTW, what is the chassis number for your 2016 Base R and thanks again for posting?

Totally understand and here are some pictures of my 2016 GT350R Base model namely GR107 from back in the day!

Picked that unit back in the day and it still had the polyurethane shipping blocks in place and after realizing the situation I returned to the Ford dealership some ~100 miles later after which time the Ford dealership had to reprogram the MagneRide!
