Too hot to do anything. So I put my new soft mat down in the shop.

Today I took the K&N typhoon intake off my Mustang and put the stock airbox back.
The car ran like crap with the K&N and surged / bogged down at low RPM WoT. I guess it needs a tune.
Stock airbox is much better and I actually prefer the sound now I've driven 100 miles this afternoon. Less boomy.

Put in a bunch of this stuff now that I'm just over 57k miles. Shifting feels better, may just be placebo effect. Don't know that I'd leave OE stuff in up to 150,000 for this thing as a DD as the manual suggests though.

Hand washed and detailed this morning for All Fords show tomorrow . When I was done changed my mind it's 90+ deg. too hot and humid.

Changed my mind got up early and cruised with Rocket City Mustangs to All Fords Show sponsored by Shoals Mustang Club Muscle shoals ,AL . Fellow member drove his new 2025 Eco boost White with bronze wheels and trim. Should be more photos on Face Book. It was very hot and humid but i survived felt better after a few beers when got home

Noticed you have your water heater in the garage heating the space up . I changed out my electric water heater a couple years ago and in hindsight, I probably should have installed a heat pump water heater as the ambient garage temp is HOT most of our year. They cost quite a bit more and would have been cost-effective here.
Nice clean garage. I'm still considering a floor coating like yours.

This mug I bought from a Ford dealer started shedding the decal. It was a tri-bar pony with Ford above and Mustang below.
So I cleaned off the remainder and replaced it with a sticker from ebay.

My last day driving trucks and parking in dusty gravel lot. Washed the dirt and bird poop off my Mustang parked in garage for the weekend . Start my new job Monday at a Peterbilt dealership in a nice new building and paved parking. The boss drives Ford F250 Tremor
