pulled mine straight out (one corner at a time) away from glass. Risk? I guess plastic parts can aways be a risk. I should have taken a photo for tab reference .

I'm trying to locate a super annoying RPM-dependent rattle that I believe is coming from this area. How hard is it to get under that center dash grill? Did you get a pry tool in there and yank up?

I'm also gonna go out and tighten my rear view mirror down right now!

First I fixed my shaky rear view mirror. Took of black cover and then sure enough I only needed to tighten a screw. Then I did the center speaker delete (which I did on my M1 before). Simple unplug and button everything back up.

pry tool and fingers... it s tight but all pulls straight up on the top cover (except the rear part ).

Today I mounted the new wheels and tires. Conti EC Sport summer tires, 285/35 on 19x10 rears and 255/40 on 19x9 fronts.

I was really happy with the test drive. Dead smooth and quiet at 70. The Speedo was 1 mph off before and closer to 2 with the new set up. Used Forscan to dial it in..

How do you like those conti dw02s?

They're the original ECS I got on closeout and they've held up surprisingly well for a novice on the track. They're also comfy on the street. I will likely end up with something closer to 200TW for my next set of tires. I wish they made Conti ECF in 285/35R19. I'll probably end up with Yoko AD09s or Goodyear SC3s next.

Not many size choices for the Conti ECF. The couple people I’ve talked to that run them really like them though

My wife reminded me today that it was one year ago today that I sold my 2019 NFG GT Premium. That car was so good to me and it took every piece of abuse I gave to it and asked for more without an issue. I wish I could’ve brought it with me to Florida but I got a good price for it before I left. I’m hoping somebody eventually gets it on here but I haven’t seen anything yet.

You would think so but I’m the one who offered to sell it. The color was unique and it had 73K on it and it gave me its entire life. I’m hoping somebody enjoys it but now my M1 is enjoying the Florida sun when I can and all is good.

Dynoed it today. 748 wheel, 629 torque in Vegas at 107. Can't wait till it cools down.
