Has anyone ever had to replace their idler pulleys on their P-1SC-1 procharger? I have a 2016 Mustang 5.0 and it seems like the bearings on my lifer pulleys seem to be going bad.

What are you experiencing? I have the same blower on my 2016 5.0. No issues so far.
Hey! So in the past 2 months it’s torn 3 belts on me (currently on my fourth) and I’m on my second tensioner. Took it to a local performance shop and they said it seems like the bearing in my top idler pulley is going out. It’s making a decently loud squeaking sound. I’m trying to find the part number somewhere so I can replace the top and bottom pulleys but not having much luck.

I haven’t yet, but that’s my next step. I really thought I’d be able to find it myself haha. I’ll try to post the part number here once I figure it out for anyone who has this issue in the future.

Just wanted to update this thread for anyone who needs it in the future. I got in contact with Procharger and was able to get a part number. It’s not listed on their website, so not sure if you can even purchase it without calling them. The part number is DC003A-006 (2.30" IDLR PULLEY - 6 RIB W/ BRGS). As of 6/2/25, they are $71/ea + shipping and tax. I went ahead and got 2 and my total was about $160 all in.
