Just curious, does your window sticker say RAIL or CONVOY? Mine says CONVOY.

Congratulations to everyone that has received their Ponies! Anyone have an body panel alignment issues? I'm hoping that it isn't a continuing issue.

My passenger door is a little off maybe. I may not be as particular as some. I know some people might want everything within a millimeter. I have been having a blast with it... Nothing negative to report.

Yours is gorgeous! I really love CO, it's my favorite! Enjoy your ride.
Too bad I fear too many tickets driving an orange car so I chose my second favorite color for mine. Magnetic looks amazing in person and I am happy with my decision. Hoping mine comes in early, fingers crossed for the weekend. It's been in Louisville since 5 am. I wonder how many stops the train makes along the way to South Florida.

You might be right about those tickets...hope my radar detector saves me though, but the color sure does draw attention. Hope you get yours soon, guess rail can be a slow process. Magnetic is a great color, very popular for a reason.

Congrats to all who have received their ponies so far. I'm envious lol. Mine sat in 'Awaiting Shipment' status for a week and a half after being built on 01/05/15. Last Friday (01/16/15) COTUS updated with 'In Transit' with a new EDD of 01/30/15 (yay!). COTUS indicated 'Awaiting Shipment' was complete on 01/06/15 which was right after the build. This had me confused as to if/when the car actually shipped. My new EDD was not too bad since my original EDD at VIN issue was 01/26/15. Today is a different story lol. COTUS has updated and went back to 'Awaiting Shipment' with no EDD. Anyone else out there from the same build week who hasn't received their car experiencing the same or similar roller coaster?

It is worth the wait. Mine is now probably parked until sometime in March. Too cold for the summer tires. It is kind of like waiting for it to be delivered again.

Mine did something similar. It was supposed to be built on 1/5/2015 but didn't actually get built until 1/7/2015, then took until the 13th to ship, but it shows on COTUS it shipped on the 7th. As of Friday my dealer was able to track the rail car and it was in shelbyville Kentucky so maybe it will be here in south AL by the end of this week [emoji2]

I I was hoping to stop by my dealer today and get a rail car number to track but that looks like it isn't going to happen lol. Good luck on getting yours soon. At least you know for sure yours is on your way to you.

I am more than patient and know the car will be well worth the wait P51Guy. Our winters are fairly mild in central California and we have awesome drives year round. I live not more than a 2 hr drive from the ocean with sandy beaches or mountains with tons of snow sports. I read somewhere on another post of a similar topic the disparity of being able to track a $10 Amazon package versus a five figure Mustang lol. I know COTUS is experimental, but it seems like a natural technological tool/advancement in this day and age. I do it to myself much like others checking it regularly lol. I just wished it would make up its mind! I'm good as long as it's moving forward and not backward! :)

***Update: Dealer shows enroute on a railcar, but train malfunctioned with no new ETA***

Mine was in Louisville, Kentucky on Friday according to the vehicle history report my dealer gave me yesterday. Maybe our cars are on the same train. Last I checked CSX at 10 pm the train is on it's way to Palm City, it gets on a truck to the dealership from there.

I stepped foot in the dealership for the first time yesterday to negotiate my trade and finance. I told them to have all the paperwork ready to be signed when I come to pick up my car since we have agreed on trade and finance in writing. I don't want to be at the dealership for 3 hours dealing with paperwork when picking up my car. I would rather spend three hours checking every square inch of her and driving her. My Pony is so close I can smell that new car smell, lol. It should be any day now.

Congrats! I hope so, I'm really looking forward to my car. I already sold my old one and have been borrowing a vehicle for 2 months now. How have you been tracking yours? Is it on the Norfolk southern railroad? I tied calling and they basically told me to call my dealer and hung up. Lol.

Sitting here bored, let me click refresh on COTUS for the 5th time today. Countdown goes from 6 to 1! Holy crap it's almost here. Two minutes later, cell phone rings (2015 Mustang GT Engine ringtone by the way). Hey BJ, it's Jimmy from your local Ford Dealer, I am watching them unload your Mustang right now. Mind Blown. :headbang:

Congrats! Mine is sitting in the rail yard waiting to be transported to the dealership. Hopefully they aren't backlogged are the rail yard.
