Greetings and thanks to all in advance.
I recently got my steeda pro active shocks and strut kit that I ordered through summit. The issue is with the rear shocks, the installation accessories that came inside the boxes of the rear shocks are different. Although they are the non adjustables I've come to find out through steeda customer service that I received one of them correctly with the 10mm spacer and nuts. The other rear shock came with the wrong kit for the adjustable shock with the 12mm spacers and jam nuts mistakenly.

Can anybody help me out as far as finding these parts online? And what type of metal the original steedas are in order to not order something that's not as good a quality of metal as the one steeda uses.
I printed out a guide and apparently it's 3/8 jam nut ? If anyone can confirm that id appreciate it. The jam nut steeda uses has an small #04 impression on it. Don't know what that means .

The spacer I honestly do not know how to find that.

Steeda currently doesn't have these parts extra or for sale separately which I 100% understand, id imagine they come all packaged up from the supplier. So they suggested I try and find the nuts at a local hardware store. I had no luck finding them today.

I also spoke to summit today late after work, they are going to try and find me those parts im missing somehow and will get back to me soon. I called really late so the department that deals with that stuff had already left.

I want to make it clear that both companies have answered my questions promptly and I am not here to bash any company, I've not had a bad experience with either of them. I feel like they are trying to help me. I'm just here to get help in order to get the correct parts, maybe I can get them quicker if I order them online. I know that these types of mistakes happen sometimes.

I just want to find these parts so I can install asap.

Edit-- I found them. I have a massive pile of parts that have been accumulating for 2yrs and I can't even remember what all is there anymore. All good though! Can't wait to get them and the progressive springs in. (Someday, lol)

@bob6ggt Rod, who is the sales rep for Summit is working on this.

@Unbridled5.0 Which Pro-Actions do you have? Did you buy them directly from Steeda or one of our dealers?
False alarm! I found them. Ordered directly from y'all last year. Will update my original post. Thanks, John.

Hey guys, steeda got back to me early this morning and are going to send the parts I'm missing. Great customer service from steeda as usual. I want to thank both of the steeda reps here who were quick to help. Im very grateful to y'all.

I've already purchased and installed the minimum drop springs and camber bolt from steeda with no issues. Should've done the shocks and springs at the same time!

Thanks again!
