There are multiple hub/knuckle designs over 15-24 time span so you probably want to be more specific what hub you have. This is most definitely not going to fit every 15-24 car without knuckle change.

Fits all 15-24 mustangs except 350, 350R, 500, probably dark horse. I have nothing to add further. This is a true and tried item for the past 9 years or so.

I think they are getting at the fact Ford has changed the front hubs in the later years, hence the Mach 1 knuckle/hub upgrade. OP Mustang has a blog that’s show the differences in the hubs that came on M1 and PP2 cars. Some people have found the hard way by buying new hub without checking to see what they have first on the car.

No, it isn't and Biggsy above said why.

Go read opmustang write up on it and come back. There's at least three different non GT350 designs (with center but and two different with 4 bolts) between 15-24 model years. My 15 had center axle nut, 18 Magride had 4 bolt one that I just replaced with Mach 1 together with the knuckle because hub is different.

This is the old hub with center nut. It will not fit newer non-Magride PP cars either since Ford created a mess with the front hubs.
