The best part is for the extra £5k, you get the DH before anyone that ordered it.

75k?! Jeez! Buy yourself a 2014 onwards GTR with enough change left over for a E9X M3!

I could go back to 2015 and order 2 x brand new GT's for that, a vert and a fastback

Part of me wants to test drive one though, not a DH, but a GT.

Well, inflation over those 9 years is 43%, First year RFL is nearly £3k now compared to £1k then, plus there is quite a spec improvement from the 2015 cars.

Mustang GT was £33k in 2015 which equates to about £50k today with the inflation / increase in RFL. Current S650 GT is listing at £55725.

When you consider the spec differences, that really is pretty close.

DH has a lot of different additions so not really a direct comparison.

I like the DH, I think it looks and sounds great. And it's still for sale and readily available if anyone wants to pick it up.

Two Dark Horse cars, still on showroom floors. One a little expensive, but the other is fair price. No takers? I think they are really good looking cars.

These were the days.

It's been about 35% inflation since 2016, so the GT should now be £47k. Although the cars have become slower!

Not surprising, there does not seem anywhere near the same interest in the UK with the S650 compared to the S550. They have become more expensive and slower, strangled by EU emission regulations. The cherry on top is the EU mandated speed warning chimes.

Wow. Not satisfied trolling the S650 forum with your constant moaning you are trying in here now.

Give it a rest.....

We know what you think you don't have to keep repeating it all over the internet!

He is trolling in general, but the chimes are UK mandated from July together with Lane Assist. They can both be turned off in the S650 using buttons on the steering wheel or Forscan permanently. It applies to all cars sold in the UK from July and is because the UK is mirroring the EU regs to make life easier for car makers. Some car makers do not make turning the systems off very easy at all, luckily Ford do.

I don't actively use the other forum, but based on the comments made on this forum / in this thread, I think they are fair.

I was sat in my dealers the other day and talking with the staff pretty much mirrored the above comments with regards to interest (and current order book) for the 650 :frown:

Not mustang related, but the same conversation went onto the speed chimes, and the fact they had recently had customers come back in and complain about them ...
