i like it! nice and clean!

dont take the wrong way but i never really got "close" to my 2015. something felt "off"...
i feel connected to my Boss i have and the others before it but this was the first that when i sold it i didnt regret. unfortunately, the person who bought it totaled it about a month after he got it....sad
if i ever get another mustang it would be either this Gen or older.... nothing new. total turn off for me.

Imagine if you liked the car and somehow managed to force yourself to sell it... and then it got totaled. 🤯
Since you feel connected to your Boss 302 maybe you could get into an orange 2016 GT350 at some point? That might make a connection.

Got a chance earlier this week to visit my local vintage dealership to look at some classic mustangs that would match my Competition Orange 2016 GT/CS.

Apparently Calypso Coral, Poppy Red and Comp Orange are all the same color according to Ford. Not sure if this is accurate but dang the colors are very close if they are slightly different?

The vintage dealer had these two rides stored away for some buyer to come along! 😎

wow they look nice....
yes comp orange, poppy and calypso are super similar...i think they might be a shade off but they have different paint codes... they might very well be the same but ford will say they are different. i would like to own all 3 versions but that dream is fading fast..... i was late to the party having kids and now we are in the younger years with them, and in 10yrs will be college. i will be retiring when they graduate....or not retiring.... so most of the $$ is going to fund their futures....
its ok. but i still love to window shop!

Picked up a really nice 2016 GT/CS in Competition Orange. I’m gonna have some paint correction and ceramic done to bring the pop back, it has dulled a bit in some places. Such a great color!

How did the Lightening do pulling it?

The Lightning tows great from every aspect obviously except for range. It was about 120 miles which used about 65% of the battery (I started at 90).

I am pleased with that, but if I towed far, or often, it wouldn’t be the right tool for me.
But it tows really well locally, or back and forth to the boat ramp. Which is 98% of my towing needs.
