these Spaceballs References are awesome! Can you imagine getting pulled over by a cop and when he asks "Do you know how fast you were going?" saying "Not exactly, but i think i went plaid for a moment..."

95 MPH in the rain, I do have the performance package. Compared to my 13 SS I use to have, this car just feels a lot more solid. The clutch and shifter are also amazing.

Took it out to one of the DoS personal security protection defensive driving training sites outside the DC beltway near Martinsburg WV...got to drive it aggressively but could only top out at over 120 plus on the lone straightaway...what a blast!

Finally someone with something positive to say about the clutch. I don't have mine yet and I haven't driven a manual as a DD in over10 years, all the complaints about the clutch being too soft was really freaking me out. Either way I have vice grips ready for clutch spring removal of needed.

The clutch pressure between the 13 Camaro SS I had and my new 15 GT are about the same. Theirs just something about the way the mustang shifts and engages, makes it feel a lot smoother and better. Any way why would people want a soft clutch, I like to feel that 50/50 zone, right when the clutch disc meets the flywheel, I can feel that pressure area.

Hay Jeanne, it's not soft at all, but compared to the Camaro I feel more comfortable with the GTs clutch and shifter. It's fast and short, I find myself using neutral a lot now, while sitting in traffic. I didn't think a v8 435 HP car could be this smooth and deliver the power efficiently as well.

Good to hear. I didn't get the GT, I ordered an EcoBoost 201a PP w/ AP
with rear park assist, nav, and ACC.

I went 65. THROUGH A SCHOOL ZONE FILLED WITH ORPHANS AND PUPPIES WITH A LIMP.

Honestly haven't even really driven it much at normal highway speeds yet.
