Your not understanding the fee structure correctly. It’s 5% of the sale price paid by the buyer to 100k. Above 100k it’s a flat 5k. The SEC is not part of private transactions for privately owned companies. I’ll leave the rest alone. The information is out there if you want to look.

Someone said 5% commission. $127K X 5% is $6400.

Yea, BAT was sold in a private sale to a private major auction company as the original the developer/ owner did well.

I am not sure how you get your $1B sales number? Did you make it up, or do you have inside information on a private company? This may be inside info that the SEC needs to know about?

How did you get that $1B number? The biggest Monterey Auction total was $467M among 7 different big auction sellers.

I say fair buy and sell price for both parties. BAT got almost $12K of the $127K?

The BAT site list past Auctions. Me thinks either bloomberg listed total sales since they started, or Bat and parent auction house total combined.
The past Auction list on the bat site, tends to debunk the Article.
