Hello,
Where can I find such a clip?

Quite a bit ago, I bought a bag of the battery box cover fasteners off eBay for $5 total, including shipping from overseas, eBay user “UCCGG”. It took 2 weeks to arrive, but I was in no rush and certainly not paying Ford $3.00 each ...

Drop one taking off the battery cover? Took me awhile. But I found mine.

My car I just had to jump. it had 2 of these, but it looks like the rubber battery cover thing has spots for 3. but no idea if one is missing or just

See no difference from one to the other and why would there be?

Removing the cover checking the battery the other day. At first, I thought the clip was pulled up from the center to unlock and remove. As the ones found on the inner wheel well tubs, which are smooth on the top.

Not one to force things, stopping and looking. The X or cross on the top, meant it was there to be rotated.

And it is, turn it CCW like a screw it rises. Once up comes right out.

Install, push in the hole, rotate the CW, and the button goes down.

The Amazon ones seen are the typical push pin having a smooth top. Pull-up to release & remove the same.

For sure. Losing them is common, but eventually wherever they go fills up and you can just take one off the top. LoL
