they took the same revenge on my chassis - the whole exhaust is sprayed with paint, but not the floor at all...

Mine looked the same. 2 days and 5 litres of acetone cleaned exhaust and underbody.
Had to remove exhaust to get to all of the mess these savages made.
Was worth the effort.
And here I thought I was the only one that needs pills 😄

They’re the steeda ultralite extreme lowering springs, they drop the car about two inches all around. They are honestly pretty bumpy compared to the stock base model suspension but considering that, it also rolls quitea bit less and feels less boaty, and corners better IMO. The negative camber is pretty bad so I think getting camber plates and camber bolts and rear camber arms is a must
thanks for the detailed info, since my wife and i are older...lowering is not an option for me,i'm thinking michelin ps4s(pp-1 set up)sway bars and koni adaptives!

I hesitate to lower mine since my driveway is a bit steep. Also, the splitter just fits over most curbs so I would def have to be very aware. I had a lowered Honda back in the day. 3 inches of ground clearance is a pain in the rear sometimes. Always having to watch driveway approaches and speed bumps. I'd love to do a minimal drop with upgraded shocks.

I recently added the lower control arm spherical bearing from Steeda. This is the "enthusiast" component to their Stop the Hop kit. So far so good as it really seems to keep the tires square and planted during hard acceleration in the turns. The hop was 80% eliminated with the "starter" kit braces and I haven't seen any hop so far with this latest update.

The kit makes a HUGE difference over stock performance and I highly recommend it. No noise or ride harshness to report although I did have my mechanic throw some grease on the new bearings to help minimize any noise. I'll take it to the drag strip later this month.

Also added new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4s with the stock sizing for the PP1 GT. Great grip so far as they are not breaking loose when I nail it from a dead stop. They're replacing AS 3+ which I was pretty happy with but they definitely broke loose on hard starts.

Picked her up from the dealership excited to go for a ride now that my brand spanking new Roush Phase 2 supercharger kit was installed and the mechanics had worked out the kinks.

Only to turn around after stalling half a km down the road and taking her back to drop the keys off again and let 'em know that the issue they saw on the laptop wasn't the cause of the stalling.

It was like I woke up Christmas morning, ran downstairs and saw a ton of presents only to be told that those weren't for me.

Polished and waxed. Used the Meguire’s carnuba I had on the shelf. I’ve tried several different spray-on waxes and they just don’t make the paint as feel or look as slick as the real stuff. It’s definitely a chore but it gets results.
