Wow to say the least what my GT500 has done to me. Itā€™s a good thing but at the same time it has raised my awareness to how bad ass she is. And even to the point I bought her back and yeh could I have bought back say one of my Hellcats sure could have but my GT500 ruined those as well. I really came from the Corvette pack so many years ago and am blown away how the new C8 does nothing I mean nothing for me. Just really disappointed being I grew up Chevy and always had the Z06 Corvettes and even the latest C7 Stingray Z51 set up. Sorry Corvette lovers but a hard pass for me.

What do you think about the '23 Z06 coming out? I would think that would be more of a competitor for the GT500. The C8 car does nothing for me as well.
I've watched some videos on the Z06/Z07 car and it seems pretty killer. Seen lots of "real world photos" of it on the Corvette forum. Looks and sounds pretty killer.

Still not completely sold on the interior of these cars yet either. I will say the Z06/Z07 car does look pretty nasty with the painted carbon bits. Ex., wheels, splitter, side splitters, etc.

Thanks for watching and the gentleman in the video at the end who showed me more about the car is actually a car racer. And he also owns a rental race track company as well. Meaning he rents out high performance factory cars like the C8, Supra, GT500 etc. he claims the least re use rental is the C8. He says people will rent it once but not twice. The GT500 destroys tires and is hard to justify renting being he has to buy all new tires all the time. People love the Supra fun factor and lesser to rent.
As far as the Z06 yes I am sure it will be awesome but huge monies and canā€™t even get one anytime soon. For us average street guys the GT500 is the Winner IMO and sure sheā€™s a track destroyer as well. Chevy should have made a fun factor C8 which IMO they did not.

I agree 100%.

Definitely huge monies for the Z07 car. I'm thinking the Z07 car with the carbon ceramic brakes and all those goodies, probably between 130K- 150k. šŸ˜³ That's way outta my pay grade. lol
I love the GT500 car as well.

I've got both a procharged 19 mustang gt and a 19 z06. The vette is a really nice car but the stang is my baby and will gap the z all day. But they are both really great cars. Lucky enough to have both.
