Help with Shelby Welcome Package

I never received my welcome package from Ford Performance after purchasing my 2020 350R. I tried several times to get the dealer to help but they did not know anything about the package when I asked them about it, calls were not returned etc. I purchased from out of state so unfortunately I was not able to just walk in for help. If anyone can steer me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. Id really like the have the crank model displayed on my desk as well as I believe the invitation to the racing school was suppose to be in that package as well.

Thanks for this, I have tried to find a contact number for them but I can only find the one on the performanceparts.ford website, which made me think I am just contacting parts and they wont be able to help, but maybe this is the correct contact?

You should be able to get the welcome package without issue. The track attack, you’re out of luck. They ended that a few months ago.
Play dumb and maybe they can set you up for the Mach 1 track attack, you never know.

Good to know I had a feeling the track attack for the Shelby was being phased out, but figured maybe it still existed for the GT500. I was looking forward to that but after finding out it moved from Utah? to North Carolina thats quite the trip for me.

More concerned with getting the welcome package. Thanks for the help going to give them a call ASAP and see what I can do.
