I am very much interested in the effects of installing it as well, especially in regards to engine temps. Have you considered ducting the radiator as well, while it's all taken apart?
I did not consider ducting the radiator and will keep you posted on how well the kit works once it is completed. Thanks

I got the "catalytic converter below normal efficiency" error 2k miles after supercharger install. 2 warnings came up at the same time in FordPass. Took it to the dealer, they said that they have another 2021 with roush and same errors and that it's software related and that they are in contact with roush on this. They have reset the codes and it didn't come back after 40min drive back home. Mine is not phase 1 and I doubt that SC could cook both cats within 2k miles. Car goes to garage storage for winter anyways, will see how it goes in spring.
Your issue might be different of course with bigger milage.
I think my issue goes back to the 700hp/phase 1 tune the car came with. I've had several people on this forum say that it's a relatively common occurrence. I was hoping that they'd replace both of them when I took it in for the first one, but unsurprisingly they did a "fix as fail" on it. I hope they get your issue figured out quickly. I hate driving with a check engine light on, even if I know it's not doing the engine any harm.

The winter has come, mine is in the stable for next 4-5 months :crying:
They have plenty of time to figure it out now, while I'm saving on fuel and insurance for suspension upgrades 😄

Good evening guys, I need some help chasing down that this noise is, and where it is coming from. I may just be overly concerned but I just can't sleep without finding out what it is😅😅

Would highly appreciated if you guys can take a look. It sounds like a rubbing? grinding? noise and for some reason I can hear it most inside of the cabin, assuming the noise is coming from the back/inside of the motor, happens the most at 1500 rpm (Can beardy hear it with hood open but its there). Doesn't matter if the motor is cold or warm, its still there.
Would be great if I can get some input about this.

The sound starts after 10 secs of the vid and can be heard best with the earphone or a headset. The noise is quieter than the exhaust.

Thanks all!

Not hearing anything abnormal, but that might be my headset. If you hear engine noises too much, I bet your sound tube firewall opening was just left open. Ask me how I know 😃

I think it sounds more like a wind noise from the video, but that's the actual sound I hear in the cabin( The noise coming from the motor) can you hear that?

Very interested in the results as well. Been thinking about this, or the vmp HE with fans.

14% Drive chain loss. Pretty good dyno numbers. Wonder what 6-Speed dyno would turn? Should be better I think with less Drive train loss

@hossman How much of a change is from 255/40/19 to 285/30/19 and 325/30/19?

Going to change my wheels tomorrow but my dealer will not open tomorrow so I will need to drive the car without recalibration for about couple weeks. Lot to be concerned?
