Today, the Mustang officially became MINE! 🎉

For the first time in I can't remember, I no longer have a car payment.

As it stands, there is nothing on the new-car market that interests me more than what my Mustang offers me. A used car is another story, but then that is not the same for me as taking delivery of a brand new car and looking after it in my own way from the beginning.

It was love, at first sight.............. (See if you can figure that musical reference from another Aussie......)

And still getting me fired up 4 and half year later!

I like that strut tower brace plaque, is that standard ? It’s different than the other Ford Performance plaques I have seen :

Key fob came from Steeda today. Tomorrow I will figure out where it plugs in to the steering column.

You're not getting a refund.

JLT passenger side catch can installed. Never used one of these before. Kind of neat lol.

They do work. I've had them on cars for years. Under normal usage (no track), I could go every other oil change w/o having to dump the contents.

So, where do you plug it in ? The USB port maybe. Guess Brian or TJ should give us a heads up.

They collect oil yes but the actual benefits are yet to be seen by me anyway. Of course I'm only on my first one and like 8k miles on it.

Installing the Steeda full length jacking rails. Better safe than sorry.

Still without my Mustang since September 14. Hail damage repair going slow. Overworked, understaffed and taking in too many cars at that shop.

I figured it was incredibly cheap insurance. The install could be done by my 9yr old lol. From the sounds of how much oil ends up being collected, I feel better about it. Especially since my car is mainly tracked.

Oil Change @ 5.5 years and 33,831 miles.

Edit: not the FIRST oil change, just the latest of many.

I should have put one in my last car as it was a turbo 4 but this car being N/A I don't think it's needed. Track life is different then daily driving life though. Maybe my expectations were higher than they should have been. Currently feels like snake oil to me but that can change of course.
