Coming from a Chevy Camaro, I was aware of the favorite and best Catch Cans (RX and Apex). Are there any Catch Cans ready to go for the 2015's Mustangs and if so, any recommendations for one?

I can't imagine that they'd be much different than the ones already available. I mean the Coyote hardly changed outside of the long block.

Cool, has a similar placement to the Camaro.

Sorry for the noob questions, but...

Can someone explain the reason for this? I'm new to V8s and big HP engines and all but am curious to know. Hopefully I'm not the only one.

I get that it catches oil, but if it's common for oil to pump through, why isn't one there to begin with?

Is there some set of mods that makes the need for this increase?

Do you just unscrew it and dump it out? How often?

:help:

Ask Ford, probably to save some money.

Not really. It's just better from a long-term durability standpoint to keep oil out of the intake manifold while keeping the crankcase vapors in.

Yep, just do it every oil change.

JLT came out and confirmed that the old one carried over to the new 'Stang with no changes after my first post in this thread.

I run a Bob's Auto Sports can on my 14 GT and they just came out with one for the 15 GT. It's one of the better ones out there and at $115, the price is pretty reasonable also.
