Hey all, i have the 2020 PP2. I've bought the project6gr 20X10 front and 20X11 rear. Now i need to buy the tires. I want to get the Michelin Pilot 4s tires. For the rear i was going to do 305/30/20 (same as the stock except the wheels are 19s). I'm not sure what to do with the front. 275 or 285? Also i am upgrading to the FP lower springs which drops the car about .75" Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Either will work but I think 285 is preferable since it's a little wider and the diameter will be closer to the rear tires as well.

I ran 275/30/20 & 305/30/20 for about 4k miles—great look and very precise handling with MPS4S.

I moved up in size, though, to 35 series (275/295) due to moving to New York and experiencing the very bad roads. The 35 series are a bit more forgiving.

If you want an awesome deal on like-new 30 series MPS4S (275/305) let me know.

305 35zr20 is perfect with a 1” drop.

Considering your intent to lower your car, I think staying with 30-profile would be the better plan.

In Michelin PS4S 295/30-20 up front and 305/30-20 out back. Both of those sizes have adequate load rating at Ford's recommended inflation pressure (technically, you'd really want to put one more psi in those 295's). 295/30 is mfr-approved for fitment to 10" wide rims.

285/30-20 and smaller really aren't enough tire, load capacity-wise. Going from Cup2 to PS4S is a SL to XL thing where the load index numbers don't tell the whole story (the rated loads at the same psi are different).

Well unfortunately I bought the tires before all this Intell came through. I bought 285/30/20 99Y (1760 lbs) for the front. 305/30/20 rear. It looks good but I feel the 285 is too narrow. It will sit just inside the fender. But the wheels look similar to the cobraR

The good news is that you can crutch the slight loss in load capacity at the PP2's recommended inflation pressure by increasing it by 2 or 3 psi (ex. 34 or 35, up from 32).
