Reserved my custom plate today

Have you tried to track your custom plates? When I tracked mine I put in my custom plate and Pas for vehicle class and it came up "error plates not found"
So I tried putting in my old plate # and it came up "Pending - DMV has received your order but has not made your plates." Thought that was strange.

I have received the registration with the new license I requested. I called the DMV and was told the plates usually show up 2 weeks after the registration document. So, it should be within the next 5-7 days.

Got my new reg last Friday so I guess a couple more weeks for the plates.

Unfortunately the plate I want is registered to a 2010 Camry. Ready to pay $500 to get that plate but damnit don’t know how to.

Just called NY DMV for a timing on my plates. So, I was told that the plates are "in the mail" as of 6/4/2021 and they take 7-10 business days to arrive. So, according the DMV and that data, my custom plates will arrive next week (between 6/14/2021 and 6/18/2021).

Talk about a slow boat...

I placed the order on 5/19/2021 and was told I am getting them relatively quickly. Some folks are taking as much as a week or two longer...

Thanks but mine just came in todays mail, I placed the order a few days before you. Yours should be there in a day or 2.

My new plates just showed up. I guess today is the day for NY.

My first set of custom plates took 5 months from PA DMV. They were wrong. The corrected set took 5 weeks. They told me that Covid slowed everything down.

Still waiting over here - first set rejected after 6 months - now 4 months later - 2 checks cashed by PennDot - no plates...

Yes - and I sent them a copy of all 3 first choices being available - they they replied 4 months later that they were all taken . Then sent another $140 for one of the affiliate plates - they cashed within days - and haven't heard from them since. I included a copy of the "available" choice I made with that as well.

They will use Covid as long as the can! I guess I just got lucky!

Too much? I think it looks better on the front than the back. Mach 1 on top of Mach 001 might be too much. Thoughts?
