see I want to buy a new wheel, but I read about the plastic trim not fitting perfectly, small gaps or imperfections. id like a wheel like that, but FULL perf leather all way around, not the grippy stuff but the slick quality stuff.

everyone wants to do split like that. my damn 13 Scion tC steering wheel absolutely shits over the mustang wheel, but to be fair, thats like the nicest feature on my damn scion.

it doesnt look like much, but its damn comfortable, its thicker, and just feels wonderful in the hand, doesnt get sticky or grippy, unlike my mustangs. and the mustangs is much thinner.

I found 1 imperfection, but it is only visible when the wheel is off the car. Unless you look from the bottom. The bottom plastic trim does not touch the plastic piece behind the wheel. There is a 2-3mm gap. But you get what you pay for, and I'm pretty happy with it. If someone else had installed it for me, I woulda never noticed it.

I read a lot of them on American muscle and photos posted, many of the wheels looked absolutely awful, like quarter inch gaps on front of wheel and such. I bought a spare steering wheel off a member here, I wonder if there's a place locally I can take and have them strip it, and re wrap it in like the same leather as my other car. its so damn nice.

I like your Scion wheel. My criteria were simple. I wanted the red strip, no shiny CF, and a flat bottom. I got all 3 for less than $400.

eaned driver side carpet. What you all think about the carbon fiber trim piece and side skirt ? It was expensive 🤣🤣 Not really lol It does look much better on the car. Now I'm fixing to redo these fog lights that someone jacked up.

I assume 6-8months of routine therapy sessions, and chiropractor too.
find a trigger-point therapist too. Trust me. Worth every nickel. Most PT people I've run across know very, very little.

Whats a trigger point therapist?
massage and PT on steriods. Another way to look at it is where a chairo works on joints, a Trigger Point works on the tendens and muscles. can hurt pretty good but helps unlock blood flow and removes muscle tightness and gets tendons where they belong.

Whats a trigger point therapist? Sorry I’ve never heard of it. But I’m gonna check out needling too, I hear it’s gimmick but if it’s on their dime it’s worth a shot. I didn’t try it before because it’s 150 a session locally.
Look into PRP injection (plalet rich plasma) to give the healing a kickstart.

Hopefully you didn't tear your labrum. No amount of PT will fix a torn labrum.

Surgery is your only option for that bastard.

Mustang related: my nGuage threw an error about stock file corruption earlier. Pulled it and plugged it into a computer, everything seems normal. I'll plug it back into the car tomorrow with a computer on hand. Need to figure it out...I want to reload the E85 tune ASAP!

Not by me if there is one. Haven't checked to see otherwise if I'm honest. Problem popped up yesterday in the Costco lot.

Yes. There was a softer rubber cover below that. Finally figured out how to get to the badge. Just not able to get that rubber part completely back. It attaches at the front by 4 push pins that need to be pushed from below. I could get the outside two, just not the inner two.

Not 100% sold on the red as is. Might try clear plastidip over it to dull down the shine.

I'm really kind of digging it. Where'd you get the red pony amd badges? I've also got a Magnetic / red theme going. Just don't search on here for what I did to the PP wheels. Oof. But I do like where you're headed.

Edit: At least here in VA you're required to have at least liability coverage. There are no random checks, but if you're caught driving without it the state throws on a heavy fine over a set period of months.
This and what was posted about Ohio blows my mind. In AZ you can't get plates without verified proof. And insurance companies must inform the DMV if anyone cancels/lapses/gets insurance for a VIN.
