@ApexOverlay Hey Brian, will you let me know, or us, when you will have the fronts ready or if they won't work, let us know that they won't be coming?

OP, looking good!
Yes I will let you know. Looking good so far. Got some things cooking business wise so I have not had a lot of time to design. But still shooting for July.

Do they make them if you have PP2 brembo for rears?

Some quick research suggest that in fact the PP2 rears are the holy grail of calipers
"brembo"

They are 4 piston, as all know.

So sorry for the late reply. Totally missed this thread. My Bad. The answer is no, we do not currently offer a kit for the 4 piston rears. We will in the future. Maybe by the end of the summer.
Peace,
Brian

PP2 rears are same as base GT. Single piston ford calipers. not brembo unless you saw some modded PP2 with the GT350R brake kit?

Aw ok I'll do some more digging... thanks

I'm sticking with the caliper as it is. A better look shows the massive size of the rotors. wheel stands out.

GT Group w/Brembo Fronts-
Currently were are only selling Overlays (covers) for sliding style calipers. Like the ones found on the rear of most Mustangs. This excludes the 4 & 6 piston Brembo set up found on many GT Mustangs. We do have a design that I hope to be prototyping soon for the folks that have Brembo piston style calipers. In fact we currently sell a kit for Teslas. Tesla uses a Camaro Brembo mulit piston set up on their Model S/P cars front and rear. That car requires 6 overlays because of the E-brake caliper. Any way we hope to have a kit this summer for the Brembo packaged Mustangs. For now we only offer rears for you front Brembo people.

(Part# 183110-0,-1,-2) will fit the rear of any Mustang from 2005-2020 (non Brembo mulit-piston style caliper) these are the ones you see on this Forum.
-0 is unfinished
-1 is red
-2 is black

ECO Mustang Group - We do have a kit for the ECO Mustang front and rear. Just sent a prototype set to a customer in Texas. If that goes well and there is enough interest they may make it to production soon. I attached a pic (see yellow overlay). They will be a little different in that the center raised area will be deleted for production units. (part# 1831001-0,-1,2)

All Non-Brembo Mustangs - If you have standard sliding style calipers found on most Mustangs from 2005 to 2014 we have a kit for front and rear (part# 183100-0,-1,-2). But you must have at least 18" wheels.

Installation Video - I will be doing a new Install video for the GENIII. It will be shorter and hopefully a bit clearer.

Website is being updated as we speak. www.apexoverlay.com

I hope this clears some things up. But if I have confused you more than you were before you read this, just text me or call. 603-609-8308. More than happy to clarify.
For the GT with 6 piston Brembos and single piston rear brakes, is 183110-1 the correct part number for the rear caliper cover ?

Would the red powder coat color match the front red Bullitt Brembos? I can't tell from the pics, in some pics it looks slightly darker shade

And what's the price on these, any forum discount ?

Thanks

The red we use is called red baron red which matches Brembo and Porsche red perfectly. I’m not familiar with what Ford uses. If is Brembo red then the answer is yes. If it isn’t what you want you can return them.

the Forum price is $149.95 no paint. $169.95 with powder coat. Our web and distributors price is $169.95 no paint $187.50 powder coat.
Hope this helps.

this might be a better representation of the actual red. But you now how pics are. Never the same as in person.

I'm getting them painted to match the body, meaning the fronts and the rears. The rears have to be taken apart, sand blasted, powder coated, and rebuilt. I'm getting both the calipers and the covers body matched as well. If you want a great fit and finish, that ain't cheap bub.
Rinzier, are u taking them apart yourself? If so I'd like to know your procedure.

Actually they drill over top the OEM caliper. There are two mounting points you install by drilling into the caliper bracket and they go right over.
