This looks great. I am assuming this is functional too, in case a tow is needed. Can you share the installation instructions and sourcing information?
It comes with some ok instructions. It's pretty straightforward stuff. Remove the gurney panel, pull a couple clips holding the outside temp bulb and a wire bundle so you can move them out of the way. Pull the two bumper nuts holding the right side of the bumper. You will see them up in there once the gurney is removed. Wedge the mounting bracket up and over the bumper bolts, it's a tight fit. Lightly tighten the bumper nuts so you can still wiggle the bracket to get it lined up with the tow hook shaft and a hole in your grill. The hole the shaft goes thru will need to be reamed out slightly for it to fit through. Once all that is done put the supplied lock tight on the shaft bolt and tighten everything down. Should take about an hour.

paid 10k for motorcycle 2 years ago got a good deal.. dropped 3k into it. so 13k.
could sell for 9500 or so. so now -3500.

new bike is prob going to be 12000 after tax.
then add another 2k for the same mods

6k difference for basically same bike. just aesthetic change.

gag me with a spoon. Only KTM/Husky or (debatable) Yamaha can pull off that look. Get a Katana instead.

I dont like the new katana, and the tank is super damn small. before the new katana was released, there was these images floating around, if the blue one came to existence, I'd sell my gsxs today, and purchase it tomorrow. I just dig the color scheme/style etc. even though similar bikes, I think the blue/black below would of been a hit.

Can you swap the new plastic?
Unfortunately it appears to be different body
Doubtful, the new Gsxs has a lot of ecu and electronics and quick shifter etc

but my gsxs is decatted, flashed etc. so they will make same or mine more power. New gsxs iseuro 5 emissions now.

lame everything is all about emissions.
Electric motorcycles will be next.

may keep my gsxs til new electric bikes come out in 5 years, but if they aren’t manual, I won’t want one

I can't imagine them being manual. If they even have a transmission, it'll be for efficiency like the Taycan. They'll go like motherfuckers though, no disputing that. Motorcycles solve a lot of the EV issues simply by being lightweight.
I want the power but I don’t want a scooter. I hope things become possible w manual paired to electric

Drove it to work since my vacation starts at 1 PM today. Going to Birmingham to pick up my gal pal, then on to Myrtle Beach Sunday for 3 nights, then probably south to Jacksonville and/or Panama City. Looks like I'll be dodging rain most of this afternoon.
