i did touch base with Zach, he hasn't had any HP models in yet either.

Here's the kicker, also the car is missing the additional front splitter for HP. wasnt' shipped with car. They will order no problem, but right now my VIN not even in system for them to order it yet.
Have you checked so it didn't come with the Voodoo!!!!!!!! :D

Again, have the dealer look at the HVBOM. If your salesman has no clue then call the parts department and go through it with them. I'm on the horn now about the flares and think I have an answer for you...
ok thanks, yes I've asked, just don't have any answer yet from them with regard to the HVBOM. Any answer you have will be much appreciated thank you

Alright. Ford once again, along with the dealer network simply aren't on the same page. Plenty of Bullitt, GT350, and GT500 owners have gone through this with vehicle covers, camber plates, etc. Ford chooses to ship certain items to a given dealer's parts department. Usually, these items are shipped in advance of the vehicle arriving at the dealer. Problem for many is that they get "lost" or are "given" to someone else. I was just informed that the "Wheel Lip Moldings Set" that is intended to be matched to a corresponding Mach 1 purchase is one of those items. So here we go again.

Anyway, I asked the gentleman that will be taking delivery of the silver Mach 1 HP I posted photos of before if he could get any photos, etc, so the parts department of the dealer that he bought his car through obliged. The flares have been sitting there waiting for the car to come in. Note the label that shows who makes them for Ford.

So this is on your dealer to get their act together. It'll be interesting to hear if they try a "we never got them" or "we're told this car doesn't come with them" excuse. Benefit of the doubt, they'll inquire with Flat Rock and if there is any issue they will simply get the job done and get them to you.

Bottom line, these are dealer installed as they are not installed on the assembly line or in the mod shop.

It got cut off in the photo but I believe the corresponding VIN shows on the FedEx label to make it clear as to what vehicle or buyer these are intended to be accounted for.

No problem, I'm happy to see this one mitigated.

Next up - the splitter. Typically, bolt on splitters are shipped in the car and come prepackaged and sitting on the passenger seat. I do not know if Ford deviated with the Mach 1 in this case but my guess would be that they did not and that the splitter should have been in the car when it arrived at the dealer. If you get nowhere with this one just let me know and I'll look into that one too.

At this point, they are telling me it's the truckers fault for reasons, and that there is a claims process they have to do now. I asked if I have to wait to recieve the splitter until that is resolved, and there was not a clear answer. I believe they said it was listed and checked off on the loose items checklist?

There should be a sticky on the dealer installed bits. I foresee this being an issue on the HP cars for a bit, if not through the Mach 1 run.....

but not the fender flares.
Edit: well never mind...
I sent in an email to see how/when they will be made available to the public.

If desperate go to your nearest Chevy dealer and buy the Corvette v7 GS part. They are popular with the Camaro guys running wide wheels too (I have them). I sure hope Ford wasn't just teasing us with them because they really improve the looks IMO.

the fender flares were found in parts dept after I sent them photos from Epiphany, so all good . They are supposed to be on the car, even the production HP's so that questions now answered.
