I ordered B&O stereo option but doesn't show on Tracking page. Does show on the Build receipt Ford sent to Dealer. Dealer said don't sweat it as tracking site isn't the most reliable.

That is 100% true, tracking site is not totally up to date yet. Feel safe with your paperwork that you and your dealer worked out.

yeah, it's confusing because if you look, it shows different spoilers, and the only clickable one is the standard Mach1 spoiler, not the HP one. but yeah, gonna chalk it up to the website being a bit messed up for now.

Ask your Dealer for a copy of the WBDO order summary or the DORA. They should know what both of those are. The WBDO order summary should look like this attachment. If it is on there, you are good.

thanks very much Zach, yes I have a copy of that and it's indeed listed on there as being included. I probably am just overthinking it. I've never in my life ordered a car before, so unsure what to expect.

Its only a $50,000 Decision.

As long as your order summary is correct you should be fine. If for some reason the car comes in wrong you can always refuse delivery. But I'm 99% sure its an error in Ford's system and the dealership did it right if you have that sheet in hand. I wouldn't sweat it.
