Was washing the Bullitt today and noticed one of the ponies on the wheel center caps broke its tail along the way..

Found replacements on American Muscle and say that they fit, but do they actually match the OEM? Before I buy 1 to test, figured I would check here to see if others have experienced anything.

Couple of pics from the drive today from our stop at Red Rocks

thanks all!

So jealous of you right now, we got 24" of snow last week.
Maybe this is the time to try the 5spurs wheel caps.
The snow the CO high country has been getting hasn’t made it down to the lower elevations so have a good window of driving opportunities lately. I lived in MN when I had my 15GT so know all about the long winters/snow/etc..
Thanks for the recommendation @P8K, I’ll take a look at those!

Car looks great especially without the front plate.

Do not, I repeat, do not open this link unless you want to spend a lot of money. By the way the caps are on sale.

You’ve been warned...............

Thanks, I still have temp registration so no front plate yet, but picked up a sto n sho when that actual time comes.. I do like the no front plate as well, wish it wasn’t required here.

Hey Whitehorse .....l believe 3 must haves for any Bullitt are:
1. Sto n Sho for front plate (just tell the police your coming from car show and forgot to replace it)
2. 5spurs center console cup holder matching leather cover.
3. 5spurs center wheel caps with the Bullitt logo.

If you want some original replacement caps I will sell you mine and get number 3 for myself! Jeff

Sweet shots my man! Bullit Mustangs are absolutely gorgeous and a much classier look than the rather tacky looking new Mach 1's. The chrome accents surrounding the windows are sublime set against the Highland Green. If this color was available in the convertible I might have gone with it instead of the Oxford White. I did however put the Bullit Grilles on mine. Love the Crome accent around the top grille and the more open look of the lower. These were the first mods I did on my GT.

Thanks man, I had a 2015 GT Premium in Oxford White a few years ago and loved that color too!

White is nice and easy. My 4 dr Wrangler was a color very close to the Bullit (a tad darker) and everyone absolutely loved it. A lot of people mistook it for black in certain light. The depth of dark colors is something you don't get with white, but I was a slave to it, which is one of the reasons I went for white this time.

Exact same thing happened to me, pony lost its tail.
In CO you can display the front plate on the dash. My plate is tucked between the seat and console. If I get tailed I just toss it up on the dash.
