I Would guess they have the same holes because CJ Pony Parts has a video showing installation of the Ford Performance GT350 track pack spoiler on a PP1 and it used the same holes, and also I replaced this with a stock PP2 spoiler and it also used the same holes. The PP2 spoiler is similar size to the stock GT raised blade spoiler.
