Can I get the info on how to track my car while it is on the rail car? I asked my dealer regarding some # needed on the DORA but wouldnt be able to get, so what other way is there?

Dealer provided me mine. I’m not sure where they obtain that info from maybe Earl can update where they get that info from.

It’s on the VVR the dealer can see. Ford Performance can also read it to you. You need all 4 letters and the 6 digits.

I got my rail car number from him. That allowed me to track movement of my car on Norfolk Southern's website. My railcar was ETTX 801810.

Nick just confirmed he has no access to that info as it was not his in house allocation. He would need to get that from the dealer he bought from. I will try FP in the morning to see if they have anything they can give

Talk to Noah at FP, he knows how to access it. Have him look in the VVR for the first reference to "Shipped Rail". The railcar number will be there.

For those that haven’t yet used the system:

ETTX is easier to input digitally than trying to get the computer to understand your voice
E 32 T 92 T 92 X 81
Look at your key pad.... the number three is DEF where E is the second position
E= 32 etc etc
So 32929281 pause for prompt to enter 6 digit car number
123456
Pause for prompt to enter next car number or say DONE , just enter the # key

I got very fast at :
32929281 pause 123456 pause #

It took a little patience to get this and wait for it.....the system isn’t always up to date

It told me my car was emptied last March in Texas. Something to do with what server you dial into as they are not all synced to know the latest. As I found , it is hit or miss.

Odd that he couldn't give the customer the number. The dealer will be able to give you the information.

Yours actually shipped convoy on 12/30/2019 and was shipped by rail on 02/07/2020. It may have been on 02/06 but it wasn't viewable on the tracking website until 02/07.

Did you mean January 2020, February 2020 has not rolled around yet.
