2020 GT500's Scheduled For Production - Part 1

Here's another question that just came to mind...has anyone seen a VVR that showed activity after production like "Mod Shop" or "Body Company"? I don't mean "Released," etc., just stuff that needs to be done before it can be Released.

I stopped by my store today and got a current VVR and the data stops at "Produced" and the only other data on the line is the ETA business which we now know is BS. Mine has been in status Produced since 10/28 and that's why I'm curious.

But if Earl couldn't find a matching vehicle with a VIN ending in "1," it must not be one. (pun intended) <grin>

I should have said I couldn't find one that had been shipped, 0901 is still listed as Received Awaiting Shipment. But it was the only one that matched the car on the trailer. Sometimes, even a blind squirrel finds a nut.

I have seen Released to Body Company and Returned from Body Company, these were all Ford Factory ordered cars(0031-0131), 3 CFTP cars with painted stripes and 1 base car with painted stripes. I haven't seen it on any dealer or customer ordered cars (0132-1304).
I haven't seen Mod Shop, but it maybe one of those status's that changes to released in a blink of the eye. If it is going to show up anywhere that we have access to, it will be on the VVR.

Earl: Like you probably did, I looked up the VIN and found that the vehicle was headed for:

Northgate Ford
Cincinnati, OH, 45251

Which obviously jibes with the sighting account. Good work.

Mine was at one day and today went to 2 days so tomorrow it will be 3 things are not looking up when you countdown clock becomes a count up clock......

Wait till you see it add 2 days in an actual 1 day time period!! Lol

You and the other CFTP guys will like this, I just went through all the VINs and this what I found. These are Dealer/Customer car, no Factory car included.

Released to Body Company - (2) CFTP+PS - (2) Base+PS
Returned from Body Company - (1) CFTP+PS
CFTP-PS - Released AS (2)
CFTP-PS - Received IP (1)
CFTP+PS -Received IP (1)

-PS = No Painted Stripes
+PS = Painted Stripes
AS = Awaiting Shipment
IP = In Production - these showed up today, so I think the are legit.

Hi All! Im brand new to the site. I ordered my base GT500 on 9/25 from Robins Ford in California. @Snoopy49 would you be able to look up my status? All my dealer has told me is that they ordered it and it is sitting in the order bank. My order is FPB, white vinyl stripes and side stripes, recaro's, tech pack, handling pack. All I have is order R100 if that makes any sense. That would be awesome if you could help me out!

Give Noah or Kyle at FP a call and they will be able to help you out. Your dealer and FP (Ford Performance are the only people that can look up a car without a VIN. You will need your order number and dealer code. Looks like your order number is R100. Have your dealer send you a Vehicle Order Confirmation (VOC) and a Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement (DORA). While you are at it, have the dealer also send a copy of the current Vehicle Visibility Report (VVR). These should give you all the information you will need to track your car until it is issued a VIN.

You were correct, Earl, I DID like seeing that post. May I assume that none of those vehicles listed belong to forum members?

Also, did you see those status conditions via just the data dump site?
