Has anyone experienced rattling noise from the front driver side door/suspension area? It sounds like a plastic and feels like it's making a noise from inside of the panel. Any ideas?

Go to “Auto Fanatics” YouTube channel. Scroll back about 18 months and he addresses the problem. I have it. I live with it because it comes and goes.

Check this quickly in 10 seconds. Reach your hand up under the lower rocker trim and into the cut-out wells. Make sure all of the push pins are solidly in place. There are 7-8 on each side. When loose they make a horrible racket.

Thanks. One of the push pins were loose, but it would not go back in as it's supposed to be. Does it need to be tightened up with screw?

No, just push straight up. they are simple push pins, no tool required. It may be misaligned or need to be replaced. Even just 1 loose pin will rattle your brain at the right rpm. Use a mirror and look up there to see what may be going on.

Could be the black foam insert in the fender that is contacting the door. You can just push it in more.
