Don't want headers?

Corsa is going to be more aggressive than the Borla in my opinion.

I'd like headers but I leave for work at 4:30 AM. The neighbors won't be happy.

I'm hinking of getting the Corsa Sport AB. I like the aggression.

I've had most of the normal manufacturer's exhaust on various Mustang models over the years.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy the AWE Touring Edition again, its amazing,

I've gone through two exhausts before finally landing on the exhaust I should have done from the start. I went from stock to FFRP Touring catback. Liked the sound and volume, believe the GT Performance Pack should have come with this exhaust stock. It just wasn't enough. Second setup went from FFRP to Corsa Sport catback. Loved it, but in the end wasn't enough. Final setup, Corsa Sport to Corsa Extreme catback. Why didn't I do this from the start. Love it, loud when you want it, quite when you need it.

Should have done this set up from the start.

I was a huge fan of the Xtreme when stock, but after going ARH LTH with direct connect to Corsa it was a bit much. Added a pair of Vibrants and am good. Lesson learned was if going LTH go sport. If staying stock then Xtreme all the way.

I'm leaning towards the Extreme and keeping it paired with my H Pipe.

If it's too nuts, I'm gonna add in some vibrant Resonators to calm it down.

If you do that, you need to get the sport axleback.

I just installed the Solo Mach XV and couldn't be happier! Nice and tame but will scream when you want it to.

If you want headers/ cat delete get the Corsa Sports. If you're going to keep your stock headers get the Corsa Extreme/Borla Atak

Gotcha. It'll be overkill with the H, right?
It'll be very loud, yes. The Xtreme is deceptive because it's not that loud in the car, but crazy loud outside. The ATAK is similar but maybe one notch quieter.

Xtreme catback = Sport axleback + double helix X-pipe
Sport catback = Touring axleback + double helix X-pipe

So Sport axleback + H-pipe will be like the Xtreme but a slightly different tone.

I have the AWE Touring catback with the H-pipe. I have to say it's a little but louder than I orginally wanted but the sound is spot-on.

I love the backtalk on deceleration and the way it sounds down low is amazing.

Upper RPM's is a bit unique and something I'm addicted to at this point.

If you want deep low rumble, Borla ATAK and Corsa Xtreme aren't going to cut it. And I push Corsa...

All of Corsa's muffler systems are a straight through with a resonance chamber there only to cancel out the drone frequencies. The theme with any Corsa system is to allow the natural characteristics of the engine note come through. It's actually the most "pure" of any system out there because there's no attenuation except for cancelling out drone. That makes the car extremely aggressive sounding where all the lows, mids, and highs of the frequency range come through. That being said, with a Corsa system you can definitely tell what engines inherently will always sound "good."

If you want very aggressive but low rumble, you need to NOT go long tube headers. The increased primary length with raise the pitch. If you're willing to get a bit crazy, ditch cats, go with an H pipe, add mid resonators, and get a system that attenuates a more street type of sound such as the FP Touring cat back. Removing cats makes ANY system very very aggressive.

I have an H pipe and Borla Sport already on. I've been debating on deleting the cats regardless.

Aggression is one bit, but I want something a bit more open sounding. The borla sounds great under 4k but irstok muffled all around.
