Help where this part goes found in front belly pan

Dropped the belly pan to drain radiator for thermostat install and the part in yellow was just on the pan. It`s like a puzzle can not figure where it belongs. Thanks for any help

Mine had fallen off at some point too, clips somewhere along the radiator - mine was passenger side.

Kind of looks like the radiator side shroud, in front of the radiator behind the bumper...

It'd be kinda nice if all the parts would just stay attached to the car, but maybe that's asking too much...

Thanks for the help! With your info I found it`s home on passengers side vertical .

I removed the plastic shield on the top over the radiator it made it very easy to install...Thanks
