TooI wonder how fast he was actually going
I ht this track several times while in Germany. After driving a slow car fast on it, I never drove a higher HP car on the ring. Risk factor is extremely high!I don't think i'm capable of memorizing that track... if i ever drive it it won't be at speed!
YES!!! AND!!!! HE WAS HAMMERING THE BRAKES!!!! little traction turned into no traction. Mostly driver error unfortunately. That corner is notorious for crashes. There's very little camber and going up hill meaning that at the crest it unload the front tires and you have very little turning and traction.
I've never been on the 'Ring but I BELIEVE in that corner you need to come in hard on the brakes before the corner and quickly trail off as you go through the mid corner and get back on the gas once you've cleared the apex. Which I think is in the middle of the track, not the edge.YES!!! AND!!!! HE WAS HAMMERING THE BRAKES!!!! little traction turned into no traction. Mostly driver error unfortunately.
YES! He missed the apex and hard on brake late. Also, his steering angle never changed.I've never been on the 'Ring but I BELIEVE in that corner you need to come in hard on the brakes before the corner and quickly trail off as you go through the mid corner and get back on the gas once you've cleared the apex. Most definitely can happen at Track Attack.I was actually debating get my car shipped to Europe for this track! But yeah scary. Then again could happen at my local track.
Ironically learning the track is the most dangerous time!! I feel like once you know it you know were to push and were not to.Most definitely can happen at Track Attack.
You think that corner just snuck up on him?YES! He missed the apex and hard on brake late. Also, his steering angle never changed.
