I'd guess that there's a mini-drum inside the rotor hat section for a parking brake, that's probably what we're seeing.

Is it me or does the lip on the front wheels look deeper than the rear wheels? And it looks SOOOO much better with no emblem between the taillights.

I bet that if someone did, we'll hear about it. IRCC, Ford never released a lap time for the GT500, so I wouldn't count on it coming from that quarter...

They never did. They did "leak" videos of the GT500 going around the track to the SVTP forums though where people were able to make a reasonable guess at the lap times.

I think they are the same and it's just the angle of the shot playing tricks. They look the same to me.

I couldn't even hope to afford this, but if Ford is going all-in with a track focused Mustang I'm happy to see some of the hardware in these spy photos. I'd bet those Michelins are actually Cup tires, and judging by how they are stretched on the obviously very wide wheels the Ford engineers definitely appear to be clawing for every bit of grip possible.

$70+ is my guess. Love the fender vents actually like the stock front bumper cover better. This is a bit generic and a bit skewed but it is a prototype so it might change some.

I'm okay with waiting a couple years and not getting the first one. But that car looks mean as hell. Unfortunately, a new house and paying off my new 370Z come first.

On the other hand, you can sleep in your car but you can't drive your house to work.
