How long did it take you?

I’ve got their kit waiting to install and debating on trying it myself or paying my tint guy to do it. I have a heat gun and squeege.

One other question; what mix of soap/water did you use?
There is a recipe include in the package ( it's 8oz Isopropyl alcohol, 8oz water , 1ml baby shampoo ) .... most important is a dust free environment ..... don't use a plastic squeege , the film is very , very easy to scratch.

Installed steeda rear diff alignment bushings and the BMR stop hop kit. Getting alignment tomorrow. Before that I tuned with an out of the box SCT. The blowfish racing shifter bracket was before that along with BMR spherical vertical links. The rear feels nice and planted now. Still going with some more bushings down there later along with a solid one piece driveshaft.

Took about 1 hour, very easy to do. Just watch the youtube videos and you'll be ok. Tail lights look tricky, but just have to be patient and careful/steady with the heat (I used hair dryer) and everything stretches/falls into place. I'm not sure how much harder the 2019 tail lights are due to the extra curves. Patience is key though.

I used 1 pump of hand soap + 20 oz warm water in one bottle, and just 20 oz warm water in another bottle. Use the soapy water as an application fluid to get the piece into position, then douse it with clean water as you start to squeegee. I used a felt-covered squeegee I had from when I did my roof (https://amzn.to/2UnHSlh).

Just make sure it's 100% clean before you start. Use plastic edge of squeegee + microfiber towels on ALL of the creases to get the dirt out. Use a flashlight to double check before you start.

Here's the 2018-2019 tail light video:

That looks really impressive !
Thanks. We'll see how it wears over time?

I figure it'll take about 4 cans to do all 4 seats, but it's a lot less expensive than having the seats re-upholstered.

Had JLT intake and Solo Performance exhaust installed by MAK Performance. Then I installed the MMD fog light splitters at night.

EDIT: This is a Photoshop composite of two pictures, one with hood open and one closed. Shows the engine bay while not blocking the front of the car.

That hood?! I can't decide if that is completely bad-ass or not. I assume that is a wrap of some sort?

I should have specified it's a Photoshop! Two photos on tripod, one with hood open and one closed. Then mask the hood and set a transparency.

I wish I could find a transparent hood. wouldn't do a wrap though. Imagine changing the wrap every time something changes inside.

I got all excited for minute.

Some sort of transparent hood would be very interesting to say the least.

I like those fog light splitters. Subtle enough to make a difference.
