Haven't put pics up, but if you want to look at wheels on S550s, there is an excellent thread for that on the US section. My wheel is a niche Essen staggered, it's a dead ringer to the Shelby venom and can be had in various sizes (even 21") and offset/finishes.

I like the silver/machined finish on darker colour like mine (ruby) and the black on lighter colour's. Subjective of course. A very classy well finished/built wheel for the price, at $4-500 each, depending on size. Running staggered 9.5F/10.5R with 275/295 rubber. No rubbing.Thats running eibach spring with a 20m/15mm drop.

No further improvement on my best price of $80K M6, Paint, Recaros, Magneride and Forged wheels........My contract now says delivery 31 AUG but it could come as early as May

Yet to negotiate price, waiting for contract to come through. Still at ~$69900 (or whatever the price was at announcement) for GT manual.
Messaged the Ford Aus page about getting the VIN of my order and they said build in March and delivery to country in June

will be looking at 71.5k drive away for GT auto fast back + premium colour without options

told him that its too steep and he reckons FORD will slash the price of MY18 to wholesale price once they've sold all MY17 in the country, probably in may/june

what do you guys think?

Following Ford prices on Carsales.
Reckon once full runout starts new GTs might be available under $50 k Driveaway. Maybe they continue to sweeten it with 5 year Ford warranty.

As they are now talking about ordering the 2019 model in the US and it appears that there will be deletion of some colours and the Bullitt model added as the only appreciable changes why would they discount the 2018 model?
And will the cars we are waiting for be 2018 or 2019 ?

I agree, I don't think we will see any substantial discounts on this model.

I bloody hope I get a 2018, I ordered lightning blue for a reason.

Edit: I got a good price, don't want to risk that by making it completely public. After visiting other dealers and getting quotes of 82k and 79k, I found a dealer that didn't have pricing yet. Salesman asked me what number I needed to be at to put money on the table, and we did the deal with the approval of the PD

Yeah it was. Managed to get one down to 75.5k without recaros, but walked away as the number I wanted was less than that.

Ah ok, I read on here somewhere that lightning was one being discontinued, but haven’t properly investigated yet
