Original was the 12th of feb, then it changed to the 22nd.

Arrived today but they couldn’t release till tomorrow.

I’ll post pictures once I get home and wash it! Has some ugly ass 18 inch wheels but I can’t wait

Yeah, it’s all sorts of messed up and once it hits he train if you don’t have a good relationship with your dealer it’s hell to get ANY information.

The dealership it’s being delivered too isn’t where I purchased and they have been rude as hell through the delivery process.
Congrats on finally getting your car. I still have 46 days to go  It seems like we ordered the exact same configuration except that I went with Race Red

From what I understand once you're in order processing you have a build date so it can't be edited. I went through all this 4 months ago when PP2 was announced. My original order was scheduled for November 27th then I wanted to edit it to PP2 on October 23rd. They told me once scheduled it cannot be changed. They kept that car and I reordered.

foqus just wanted to change his car to spoiler delete and his dealer just kept his original car and reqordered him a car.
My dealer updated my car even after I had a build date

Has anyone did a factory resonator delete and swapped in an X-Pipe yet? Thinking about doing that but I'll need to buy some tools to cut the thing. Wondering whether a cut-off/angle grinder will be better than a sawzall, all the videos I've seen that uses a sawzall looks terribly unstable during the initial cutting phase (i.e. the blades wobbles quite a bit and leaves some marks around the cut).

That was the first thing I did a couple weeks after my car was delivered. I used a sawzall to cut and an angle grinder to clean up the edges. If you have a good shop, just have them do it. I found the back side clamps to be pretty much worthless for sealing. Alignment is also a bitch if you don't have a few helpers or multiple jack stands. I ended up having a good local shop align and weld everything for $40. They would have probably done everything for $50. I heard some of the other xpipes come with better clamps and tighter interfaces, so they don't leak. I just couldn't resist the price of the SVE.

first time ive noticed the digital tach shows the rpms in numbers in the middle. i have the automatic, so it shows the gear you are in in the middle of the tach, never thought about the digital readout for that. very cool.

Hmm, I did saw some reviews online saying the clamps doesn't seal too good. Which x-pipe did you get? I'm thinking either roush or ford performance. I do have multiple jack stands, so I might do it at home, doesn't look too complicated, and I think I'll remove the entire exhaust system and cut it on the floor, don't think laying on the ground and having a electric power tool firing metal flakes at myself is a good idea.

I seriously love my car! The more I drive it the more I fall in love. Ford did an amazing job on this car and this color!

I have the SVE. It isn’t stainless, but that is fine since the stock piping isn’t SS. It is easy to do without dropping the exhaust. Sealing the back end is the main issue.

I'm curious, is there any way to swap in between the two in the settings? Or are automatics locked into gear position and manuals locked into a numerical rpm readout?

***IMPORTANT PSA***

After placing my order on January 8, 2018 I was notified by Ford on Feb 7, 2018 that my car could NOT BE BUILT as ordered. The week before this I was told my build date was March 5, 2018.

Magneride and Carbon Sport Interior are back ordered until 2019 model year. I was told that unless I dropped those items my car would not be built in 2018.

Luckily my dealer found me a car 'nearby' with all the options I wanted except the Carbon Sport interior. I was not willing to go without Magenride

That's a long backorder, they're gonna be building 2018s until the beginning of June...
