How does it work with adjustable coil-overs?

Many friends owned sport-bikes that had adjustable suspensions, and whatever adjustments they tried, they just made their bikes handle worse. So how would an end-user know what the sweet-spot would be for their driving needs?

A - start with the recommended settings
B - learn or don't mess with them

Hint - setting coilovers to their lowest ride height looks cool, but almost always makes the handling worse.

Can you please confirm the rates? That's ultra stiff in front and very soft out back, even if it's at the rear shock position.

Good point. 50N = 443 lb/in or 3 times the stock spring rate.

Also, given the front camber has no stock adjustment, including camber plates in the package is a very useful plus.

80 N/mm = 456 lb/in = 2.7x stiffer than stock front
50 N/mm = 285 lb/in = 2.5x softer than stock rear (if at same spring location)

I think you may want to look at this again. The rear shock location provides a motion ratio of approximately 0.7 versus 0.49 for the stock spring location. Wheel rate = spring rate * (motion ratio)^2. This means that the wheel rate with your spring is 140 lb/in. This is very nearly the same as stock for a GT PP.

Uhhh, dont we want the helper on the opposite end?
So the main/helper interface cant ride the threads?
