So I have the standard PP rims and tires F-19x9 255/40 R-19x9.5 275/40.

I am fitting some new P51 wheels F-19x10 R-19x11.What are the best tire size options

F-275/35 R-295/35 or
F-285/35 R-305/35

Or other options?

I’ve read a lot about keeping diameters as close as possible but to be honest it is a little confusing

The larger of those options will put you the closest to stock sizing.
Not sure if it would look a bit wrong though sorry.

Your second option would be the best, IMO

You can do either or option without any issues brotha.

The most popular is the 285/35/19 & 305/35/19

You can also do a 285/35/19 & 325/30/19 there is no poke so your still good under AU law without issues.

The problem is finding sizes here in Oz
Absolutely. Then you do find something that fits and it doesn't have the right speed or load ratings...:headbonk:

Any good tyre shop should be able to work it out for you and recommend something.

Second set will be better.
First set is too narrow for the widths.

Wrong. I have those sizes on my car now. According to most tire manufactures the minimum size tire is 255 & 275 for a 10" & 11" wheel

285/305 is the go to choice. You can go even bigger, but you run out of room fast up front, and offset, camber, etc. becomes critical.
