Maybe the bushings are deflecting too much... Try the derlin ones

Naw they are the same. I was looking at the mount wondering if I could machine away some material but the front side would prevent it...Offset bushing insert inside the mount? As in thicker in back (closest to the pulley), and thinner in front?
I am sure the bushings that come with it are more firm than stock.Maybe the bushings are deflecting too much... Try the derlin ones
Would the MM007 solve the motor shifting forward? I ground down a bit of the sway and it touched again. So I ground a little more off today but really trying to fix the problem not bandaid it. Thanks for the help! BMR TechAh man! I wasn't expecting this when I clicked on it! :(
Let me do some brainstorming.
Are you using the stock endlinks or the BMR ones? I went with the BMR bar and left the endlinks stock and i've definitely got a fair bit more room. Wondering if that made a difference though i don't know if theres any difference in length between stock and the BMR pieces.
Just wondering as I have the same parts but don't have the issue. Got a fair bit more room than you between my SB044 front bar and the stage 2 crank pulley. There's a recess in the sway bar bracket that holds the bushing and bolts to the frame. Gives you about 5mm of wiggle room if you pull it towards the front of the car before you tighten the bolts down.I am using the stock end links right now. It gives me a reason to upgrade if that might help...
The issue is specifically caused because I have a Stage 2 kit with the extra pulley. A bigger sway bar with already limited space isn't making it very easy to fit everything.

To be clear this my issue to resolve, BMR has been great in helping me find a solution...Hence the reason I have the SB044, SB045, TCA047, CB006, CB005, DSL017 etc.. from them. Best suspension parts out there!
Can you post a picture of your spacing?Just wondering as I have the same parts but don't have the issue. Got a fair bit more room than you between my SB044 front bar and the stage 2 crank pulley. Here you go mate. Last shot you can see my index finger just about fits in the gap so thats about 10mm of space. Can you post a picture of your spacing?
I do have both sides pushed all the way forward. That was the first things I checked. Originally I had a bit more space to go on the passangersvside but it still made contact once I adjusted it.
I’m going to put a gopro under there this weekend to see if I can see what’s going on.

Sorry it's not much of a solution. Hope it helps though.
