Ok, Dumb Dora has lost the thread.
I have done the camber plates, catch cans, jack rails, MGW shifter, pedal max.

Don't want to change springs and lower the car, but am I missing something? SWAYBARS? if so whose?

What else?

Should I change springs to better ones?

Subframe support braces?
Rear camber adjustment kit?
In addition to the previous items mentioned.
Things that may enhance handling and performance.

Not looking for cosmetics, looks too good!

I love my Steeda sway bars. 4 points of adjustment up front, 3 in the rear. No coined ends, instead welded brackets. Primo stuff. But any sway bar offering will be better than stock. Steeda makes minimum drop springs that have rates that make good sense and don't dump your car down much. Can get GT350 springs or BMR's minimum drop springs. If you want to consider just a wee little bit of drop and stiffer rates.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, I didn't realize you have a GT350 already. Haha. I get confused... skip the spring talk above.

FP is supposed to be coming out with sway bars any day now, but we know that can be awhile.

I'd reconsider the FP springs. I really only have positive things to say about mine from a handling perspective. It feels more buttoned down in a good way with no degradation in the ride quality. I can't wait to get the FP sways on and hit the track next year.

Ok so I see FP has a sway bar M-5490-BKD is this the new one?
Steeda has a front and rear with end links or without.
So out of these 3 which would you all recommend?

I agree about the FP springs. To me this is how the car should have been shipped from Ford. IMO they match the shocks better too. And the drop is minimal (1/4” for me).

Gotta go with the driver mod suggestion too. If you don’t know what you need, you probably don’t need anything. Take a driving class, join your buddies for autocross, or attend the Ford Performance 350 track attack.

The track attack can show you how complete the Gt350 is. First, you don’t really need much but safety gear and proper setup. Second, there are huge gains in the driver training. I might be missing something, but the Track Attack cars had a roll bar, harness, and that’s about it. Stock brakes, sway bars and almost everything else. A couple helpers like studs to help caliper and pad change.

For a 2016 you might be forced to look at diff or transmussion coolers, but the 2017 GT350 is a very complete car. It may not matter to you, but the shifter or jacking rails can force you out of autox stock classes.

So get the catch cans, and louvers. Think on whether you need the rest.

I never understood the logic behind an inexperienced track driver who rarely tracks, modify the suspension on a car that can in no way reach its limits safely on public roads. All that money should be spent for much better gains under driver instruction.

All comments accepted and appreciated, having a better performing car on the track may actually be safer and more enjoyable for a new enthusiast. All of your knowledge has been gained over years of experience and is helpful to others. Thank you for your comments.

I get what you and others are saying here, but by this logic most of us shouldn't even be in GT350s then. I know I can't drive mine like the instructor did at Track Attack.

Sometimes people just like the way something feels etc. All this being said though I agree that people neglect the instruction part of it way too often.
