^easy solution, Ken Bjonnes at Palm Beach Dyno. He'll have dialed in to perfection after 1-2 datalogs
But that's 5 week or more wait per revision. Lol it'll be close to 3 months before tuning is done

Go to the strip, get some mph #'s, true indicator of power.

Quick update:

The car is running lean up top. Have been logging and making changes, but have only been able to get it to about .85 lambda around 6700.. So, a Fore stage 4 fuel system has been ordered.

Was really hoping to see some numbers, but the fuel just isn't there to support it. Kit should be here in no time and then I should finally be able to get some real numbers on what the D1x can do on an otherwise stock block.

Yea that probably sounds about right, not sure what pulley u are running ,but i have d1 and have to go back up to the 4.88 pulley becuse the 4.75 was making to much boost. The d1x makes even more power so i could see it running out of fuel up top.

Yeah, I believe it! I didn't think I'd need a fuel system so soon lol. I'm already on the 4.88 pulley, too

Have you seen anyone else running this blower? It is hard to believe the fuel system is tapped out unless this thing is pumping out the boost. Have you had a boost gauge on it yet?

Im not surprised you need a fuel system that d1x is an awesome unit... and in the long run its better to have a fuel system for growing room!!!!

I don't know of anyone else running this head unit, actually. So, no one to compare with... but, Rob Shoemaker and I have tried a few things and it's all pointing toward fuel. Boost gauge is hooked up- running about 13psi

It's a beast of a unit! I know I'm just tapping the tip of the iceberg for power right now, but once this fuel system is in I'll be able to pulley down and keep adding. I'd like to see 1k at the tires :headbang:

Damn, 13psi on stock 4.88 pulley. I have a D1 with the 4.88 making 10psi. Anyone with a smaller pulley want to sell, I'm your Huckleberry. Looking for 4.75 pulley or smaller. Looking to add a wastegate so I need to make the boost.

What rpms are you shifting at to see 10psi? TommyV is making 15 on the 4.75 by like 7500. You read that right. 15psi. FYI I have a brand new 4.38 for a D1. Pm me if you are interested.
