Hi guys.

Would like to preserve paint on the car. I do not like the idea of permanent clear bra, and typically put on removable one. I know there's typically OEM and some aftermarket options.

Any recommendations? I value the way it looks and how easy it is to remove and put back on for cleaning. It better use no velcro as with dust/dirt it will be non operational pretty soon. Also, the hood should open/close as easy as without one...

There's Covercraft Colgan Bra or LeBra Bra I bought the LeBra. The Colgan bra you can get either the black vinyl or carbon fiber texture. Colgan also offers options as well fog/no fog light and license plate opening or not. LeBra doesn't offer any options as the Colgan.

I think I'll let my front bumper get scratched naturally before I put a bra on it that will probably scratch it over time.

Aren't bras notorious for scratching paint from all the rubbing? Dirt gets under them and rubs against the paint.

I have the 3M Clear Bra on mine looks great you can't tell it's there... keep the car clean and wax it and you won't have the problem of it "standing out" after years of use. Me and my family have had four clear bra's total and they are the best money can buy. First thing I do after buying any car is take it straight to the shop to get one installed.

My sister used the leather removable type that I believe you are referencing and it scratched and scuffed the car on the corners where it attaches, i would not recommend them.

I had bra on 2 of my cars. None of them had any signs of bra scratches. But they had noticeable paint chips from times the bra wasn`t on.

X2 on the 3M product. In the last year, no marms from A/X cones, flying rubber while on track or bugs. Wdll worth the cost

Suntek 10 year warranty paint protection film. Pricey, absolutely worth it. It's on my entire front end and mirrors.

Clear bra or no bra at all.
Those black ones are notoriously for trapping water under and ruining paint.
You paint has pours and if dirty moisture is trapped underneath, the paint will absorb it and discolor.
