Would call Terry at Beefcake he will get you setup. I am running about the same mods with a D1 and a 4.75 pulley should be hitting about 700 on the dyno next week.

I have a 5.00" pulley with a D1 and am making around 12-13 psi. Does that seem right?

700-1400 ft. 7500 rpm. I have a boost gauge tied into the procharger vac tree. And have had it hooked up on a dyno as well. Also have long tube catless Headers.

Seems about 2 psi high. not sure why unless the boost gauge is slightly inaccurate.

That's what I was thinking but I have had 2-3 different gauges on it at one point or another 12-13 on them all.

Nope, I have the stage 2 kit.
I was talking to the guy I quoted running the 4.1 pulley. That doesn't really exist for the Stage 2 lol.

Ahh I see, that makes sense. But I'm still seeing more boost than I should for the 5.00 pulley, right?

I just bought Sai li's fuel system so after I get that installed and tuned for E85 I will hop on a dyno to see power and confirm boost (again).

More boost than normal yes. Most don't see it that high with that pulley at that rpm.
