Think it's time to do it. Car is a 2016 GTPP, manual. Phase 2 kit with Xpipe and Roush Axlebacks. Also has the PBD filter.

Looking at 1050x's and the Sai Li fuel system. Also will do the OPG and CS. Travis has a 3.13 that we will swap out for the 3.73. Lund will do the tuning.

Should I keep the 80mm or go to 75? If I did the 75, is there anything else needed for the pulley swap?

Goal is 700.
Thoughts welcome!

You mean 79mm? And 3:31 gears? Anything smaller than a 79mm most tuners won't touch it without going E85. Lund is a smart choice.

We could always port the heads
I just got mine back together and it's very noticeably faster/quicker
And I lost 3 psi doing it

So I'll be popping the ati 20 percent of dampner on now along with the upper pully needed to get me to 15 psi then I'll have Travis tune it

While not a Roush, I was able to make 701 on 93. Cant the Roush do similar? Thinking you can save some coin if 700 is the goal. When you go e85 you can really up the boost.

I think it can, yes. But don't see it saving any coin. Headers and tune may get to 680 or so. Going E85 isn't that expensive really. Looking at $1800 plus the tune. Going the headers route would still be pricey. Then gotta get another 20hp still. I just think the E85 is the way to go due to future increases. I could do the 80mm for now and then go to 75 later and really make some power.

For sure! Wasn't sure if you were wanting to stop @700ish. If you plan on going higher, great idea for fuel system.

I would like to tune mine for E85 except it is not easy to find in our area nor on road trips. Maybe others could chime in that are burning corn, but from what I have read your fill-ups will become more frequent.:)
I pass a station every day on way to work, so all good!

I buy VP C85 in 54 gal for track days. Then I fill those empty barrels with pump e85 for regular use.

Yes fill-ups are definitely more frequent...so what? That's not why we convert to E85...its the power difference. I have a 93 tune as well so I can load as necessary if road tripping.
