GT Chin Spoiler on Ecoboost

If you decide to make a airtight seal ..you could use some 3m double-sided tape..but after i bolted mine back together .. everything was nice and tight didn't think it was needed

I actually was able to make the same holes that were in the stock chin spoiler .i was able to use most of all the same Fasteners I did need some extra ones though..you can either use screws or the plastic fasteners.

Oh so the plastic extension was just bolted together? Didn't hold it in place with glue or sealant or any bonding agent?

No man .. seriously just the easiest approach possible...really this,could almost been made a kit for any one else,wanting to go thes route and save a lot of money not having to get a new Belly plate..the only real modification you have to do to the stock Belly plate Is trim the very front of it... and mark new holes so you can bolt the stock belley to the performance pack chin.

Yep, just got it delivered today and sprayed gloss black.

Very nice !! I just hade all my parts,hydro dipped in carbon fiber.. so the reason I was asking..is that there is a Center reinforcement part in the GT performance pack splitter that is riveted in there..that part is crucial..you will have no problem bolting that part to your bumper cover..

Nope, no plastic bit riveted in there. There's one apparently on my stock splitter though



(on the topic of dipping my interior is all dipped carbon, love it... But that's for another time!)

No thats only in the GT performance pack chin spoiler.. it's easily riveted inside it..your definitely going to need that Center Middle brace if you have the factory performance pack GT chine spoiler.
